\nElle peut \u00e9galement agir d\u2019initiative ou \u00e0 la demande de la Chambre, du S\u00e9nat, ou des membres du gouvernement, et rendre des recommandations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sur le plan de la d\u00e9ontologie, qui sont publi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
