De Commissie geeft op vraag van een lid van het Federaal Parlement of van een federale publieke mandataris vertrouwelijk advies over specifieke vragen aangaande deontologie die hem betreffen.
\nDe Commissie kan ook op eigen initiatief, of op vraag van de Kamer of de Senaat, of van de leden van de regering, algemene aanbevelingen op deontologisch vlak formuleren die worden bekendgemaakt.<\/p>\n

De Commissie is samengesteld uit gewezen leden van het Federaal Parlement, gewezen federale openbare mandatarissen, en magistraten of universiteitsprofessoren in de rechten, die worden benoemd door de Kamer van volksvertegenwoordigers.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text font_size=”15px” color=”#000000″]\n
